4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal and subsequent agreements. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in the suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, business plans, and client lists.

6. Intellectual Property

Desert Dog Digital Marketing FZ-LLC retains ownership of all intellectual property created during the provision of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding fees for services rendered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Desert Dog Digital Marketing FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Modification of Terms

Desert Dog Digital Marketing FZ-LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
